Design Filtration RAPID LOCK Softwall Cleanroom
The RAPID LOCK Softwall Cleanroom features our unique locking system,
which enables quick and efficient on-site assembly that requires
no tools*.
Our RAPID LOCK softwall frame features sturdy painted steel with
scratch-resistant silver paint finish. The legs and ceiling members
simply slide into our exclusive gusset sections and lock together.
The drop-in pre-assembled ceiling grid that forms the 2' x 4' and
2' x 2' sections for the HEPA Fan Filter units and ceiling lights
is constructed from an anodized aluminum frame. Once the frame and
ceiling are assembled, simply drop the HEPA Fan Filter units, ceiling
lights and any Cleanroom ceiling tiles into the aluminum frame system,
attach the cleanroom curtains to the frame and you're ready to go.
