Shipping

All shipments are FOB our factory, Ottawa, ON unless otherwise stated by buyer. Please include shipping instructions with your order. If no shipping instructions are provided Design Filtration will pre-pay and add all freight costs to your invoice with an appropriate carrier based on package size and weight.

Please inspect your Design Filtration shipment upon arrival at your facility. Your product has been factory tested prior to shipping from our plant. If your package shows visible damage to the crate accept it only after you have noted damage on both the drivers copy and your copy of the delivery slip. If you find concealed damage you must request inspection by the carrier as soon as possible. Keep all containers and packaging for inspection.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Design Filtration and may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning goods. All returned items must be in unused condition. All returned goods to be shipped pre-paid by customer.
