Capacity Wood Frame
Design Filtration's standard wood board frame HEPA filters are
ideal for Laminar Flow Benches and Biological Safety Cabinets. Our
standard capacity wood frame filter uses hemmed edge aluminum separator
glass fiber filter media, and urethane sealant with a minimum efficiency
of 99.99% at 0.3-micron particle size.

- Uniform pleat spacing and alignment throughout the filter for
excellent airflows
- Efficiency and restriction results are printed on each filter
label
- Wood board frames are sealed on each side with solid resin sealant,
providing structural rigidity
- Frame corners are secured and sealed on all four sides providing
leak proof operation
- Hemmed edge aluminum spaces reduce potential media damage as
opposed to rough edge separators
- Built to withstand temperature levels up to 220°F (104°C)
of continuous use
- Designed to operate in up to 100% relative humidity

Our high temperature filter is suitable for uses where HEPA filters
are desired, but at temperature levels exceeding those found in
standard HEPA filters. Our high temperature HEPA filters feature
a 304 stainless steel frame with hemmed edge aluminum separator
glass fiber filter media, and urethane sealant with a minimum efficiency
of 99.99% at 0.3-micron particle size. High Temperature HEPA filters
are ideal for locations with operating temperatures up to 500°F
(260°C)
